We are licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as an International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) authorised to provide cross-border payment services. XCHNGFX is our registered brand.

3. Eligibility

- You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. Registration & Verification

- Accurate personal information must be provided/
- Verification will require valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

5. Prohibited Transactions

- Transactions involving sanctioned countries/persons.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions.

6. Fees

- Fees will be displayed before confirming a transaction.
- Fees may change in line with CBN regulations.

7. Transaction Limits

- Limits apply based on verification status and CBN rules.

8. Compliance & Monitoring

- All transactions are monitored in line with CBN and NFIU regulations.
- Suspicious activity may result in account suspension.

- We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

11. Suspension & Termination

- Breach of these Terms may result in termination of your account.

- Nigerian law applies. Disputes resolved by Nigerian courts.
